To assist members in drawing up a contract, ACPHA's Model Contract and Checklist has been produced for the sole use and benefit of Australia's PHA members and their commissioning agents. One of the conditions of use imposed by ACPHA is that the Model Contract and Checklist are not made available in electronic form. A hard copy is available free of charge from the Secretary.
